Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sandpoint, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project can be summarized to include repaving the Downtown Parking Lot at 218 Church St., including asphalt removal and replacement, utilities conduit installation, line striping, curb installation, and landscaping improvements. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Question Deadline 03/31/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. The deadline for bidder questions is three days prior to Bid Opening.
