Grouse Creek Road Bridge Replacement 20645-54 Bridge replacement over Grouse Creek. Bridge KN 20645; Colburn Culver Road over Grouse Creek Bridge Replacement Existing Bridge Key Number 20645 is located in Bonner County Idaho approximately 10.8 miles from the City of Ponderay and carries Colburn Culver Road over Grouse Creek. This proposal is for the contractor to partially remove the existing timber single span bridge and replace with a single span pre-manufactured steel bridge with pile supported abutments. The road will be closed during construction and traffic will be detoured. Additional work includes road construction and permitted stream alterations including placing riprap. March 24, 2025 at 5:00 pm MDT is the last time technical questions or clarification requests will be accepted. Clarifications, answers, or addenda, if required, will be published no later than March 25, 2025 at 5:00 pm MDT
