Site work for a civil project in Sandpoint, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of August 5, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** Water Main Improvements and New Reservoir The Project includes the following Work: Construction of 1,180 LF of Public Water Main and construction of a new 100,000 gallon concrete reservoir with appurtenant connections. Qualification Statements from Bidders are requested for the following Contract: Southside Water and Sewer District, Sagle, Idaho, Water Main Improvements and New Reservoir. Bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in the Instruction to Bidders. The Project must be completed prior to October 31, 2026 and ready for final payment in accordance with of the General Conditions on or before December 31, 2026.
