Invitation to Bid on Replacing/Adding a Parking Lot Board of Trustees of Gooding Jt. School District #231 is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new parking lot, repaving a current parking lot/roadway, and the installation of lighting, sidewalks and a drainage system at Gooding High School, 1050 7 th Ave West, Gooding, ID. 83330 The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District. The district is wanting to complete the project prior to the start of school in August 2025. The project includes but is not limited to the following: • Construction of a new parking lot with appropriate surfacing and markings. • Design and installation of lighting to ensure safety and visibility. Please work with Dave Thibault of EHM Engineers for best outcome. • Construction of sidewalks and walkways compliant with ADA regulations. • Installation of a drainage system to manage stormwater runoff. • Any necessary grading, excavation, and site preparation.
