Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Project consists of construction of new storage buildings on an existing property owned by the Hall County Airport Authority. Work includes grading of the site previously used as a field, pavement, fencing with gates, gravel areas, three initial storage buildings with two additional storage buildings under bid alternates. A digital obtains containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Paid digital content is available via "Credit Card" payment method only. An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
