The City of Soledad is requesting for qualification proposals from qualified engineering firms capable of providing professional engineering services for the preparation of Plans, Specifications, & Estimates (PS&E) for the Nestles Road Stormwater Project. The project limits, as shown in the attachments, has an existing road section that currently does not have sufficient stormwater infrastructure and the City is seeking proposals for innovative designs that minimize impacts to the surrounding infrastructure, cost-effective approaches, and meet the city's goals in satisfying the Municipal Stormwater Program (MS4s) requirements.
