Proposals shall include all labor, materials, and permits. All bids shall be submitted on the bid forms provided and completed in accordance thereof. Facsimile bids will not be accepted. The bidders shall read and review the Bidding specifications carefully, and familiarize themselves thoroughly with all requirements. Bid documents will be available on February 18, 2025. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) is required and must be submitted with the bid prior to the bid due date. The Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid date. Additional bond requirements are listed in the bid specifications. All bidders shall provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267.
