Provide any and all dumpsters and disposal cost required for this scope of work 4. Replace any concrete sidewalks damaged by this trade to match the existing conditions 5. Cut asphalt paving where necessary 6. Utilities have been disconnected 7. Cut and cap sewer. Seal piping as required 8. Furnish and install all required traffic control systems. 9. Street or lane closures must be coordinated with the city at least 72 hours in advance 10. Provide dust control measures during all demolition activities 11.
