The University of Missouri Kansas City requests proposals for the Furnishing and Delivery of Furniture for The Student Success Center-Atterbury Renovation (Project#KC655703). Qualified suppliers are invited to submit a proposal on the items or services specified. All proposals shall be subject to the terms and conditions included herein. The contract period shall be from date of award for One (1) year. Awarded December 16, 2025 Targets: MBE (10%), WBE (5%), SDVE (3%) Questions Deadline: 11/21/2025 02:00 PM (CT) Any questions related to this Request for Proposal must be submitted through the online bidding system The Atterbury Student Success Center is being renovated to house several groups within the Division of Student Success. International Student Affairs Office, Admissions, Roo Advising, Financial Wellness, School of Graduate Studies, UMKC Central, Career Services, and University College are the student facing groups that will move to this branded space. The student success center will house a welcome center for prospective students and campus events, student lounge and study areas, private offices, staff break-rooms, meeting rooms, interview rooms, an employer lounge, and a style studio (professional wardrobe resource) . Already located in the building, Student Affairs will continue to have a presence with Pierson Auditorium and a back of house kitchen and an office space that is outside of the scope of this project.
