Renovation of a conference / convention center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Questions Deadline: March 14, 2025; by Noon. Project Manager Christopher Bullock Email: Christopher.Bullock@raleighnc.gov The scope of work associated with this project includes the removal/disposal of existing VFD for the HVAC air handlers at the Martin Marietta Center for Performing Arts and replace with new VFDs. All work is to be performed in accordance with current North Carolina code. The City's goal is to contract and sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the total contract amount to Certified MWBEs on construction projects of $300,000 or more, or contracts of $100,000 or more that include any State funding. No Bid may be withdrawn for Forty-Five (45) days after opening time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities The purpose of this advertisement is to solicit and procure a single contractor to complete a like for like VFD replacement for the HVAC Air Handlers at the Martin Marietta Center for Performing Arts. All bid proposals shall be for a single lump sum.
