Work of this Contract is generally described as the construction of a new single story student athletic facility entitled Athletic Training Center of approximately 8,338 gross square feet, as well as an addition and alteration to an existing single story student locker room and trainer facility entitled Field House of approximately 4,714 gross square feet located at 701 Russell in Hughes Springs, Texas. Project consists of all labor, supervision, materials, services, and equipment required to complete all work to construct the project. The building structure of the existing Field House is primarily a CMU structure with wood framed roof on an existing concrete foundation. The building structure of the new Athletic Training Center is primarily a CMU structure with steel bar joist framed roof on a concrete foundation. Project is complete with site construction, general construction, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Construction will start in April 2025 with a 12-month construction schedule.
