Renovation of a municipal facility in Cherry Tree, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Cherry Tree Borough Roof Replacement Removal of all existing shingles and underlayment and disposal thereof. Remove and replace damaged roof decking as needed. Provide and install ice and water shield. Provide and install wooden purlins 24 inches apart attached to trusses. Any void under purlins greater than 1' should be shimmed. Provide and install 29 gauge metal roofing panels, flashings, vent boots, end wall, side wall, snow rails and vented ridge cap as needed and installed per manufacturers recommendations. Clean up and run magnet to pick up any stray metal on parking lot and neighbor's yard.
