Site work and paving for a retail development in Oley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a retail development; and for paving for a retail development.

850 Gal. Rubberized Crack Seal as per PUB 408 Section 469 13368 SY Ultra Thin Bonded Wearing Course Gradation B SRL "H" PG-64-22 8500 SY Mill for Curb Reveal 3/4"-0 8' Wide Bidders required to be PennDOT prequalified in Code "F", proof required with bid submittal. Contractor required to contact Township prior to submitting bid to review project at 610-987-3423. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Oley Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
