Site work and paving for a civil project in Oley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes demolition of a portion of the existing cul-de-sac bulb extension of the cul-de-sac with a new bulb, grading as necessary to construct the cul-de-sac (with replacement of topsoil and stabilization), adjustment of existing utilities, and coordination of topsoil stripping with the Owner. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, Berks Career & Technology Center, Berks County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to the Berks Career & Technology Center. No bid may be withdrawn after the above-specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law.
