For the following: 2,453 SY of Select Base Repair 5 19mm Wearing 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL M 1,262 TNS of Overlay 1.5 9.5mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL M PA Bidders required to be PennDOT prequalified in Code F, proof required with bid submittal. Contractor required to contact Township prior to submitting bid to review project at 610-987- 3423. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $250.00 per calendar day. a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Oley Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
