Buffalo Erie County Botanical Gardens Addition - BP-103 Plumbing Contractor Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid payable unconditionally to the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens. The County of Erie reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality. Please note that BP-103 (Plumbing) is the only bid package with due date extension. All other bid packages bid opening date will remain 3/25/2025.
