Site work and paving for a road / highway in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Contractor shall furnish equipment, vehicles and personnel necessary to assist the City with the street repairs (potholes) at various locations or work areas in the City of Buffalo as directed by the Commissioner of Public Works or his designee. The City and the Contractor, in consideration of the aforementioned AGREE to the conditions hereinafter contained: 1) The contractor agrees starting as of March 1, 2025 for work performed on or after March 1, 2025 to be compensated at the following rates for the following pieces of equipment that include two workers both capable to operate the vehicle and repair the pothole accordingly: a) $250.00/hr. F-550 Dump Vehicle or approved equal The contractor is responsible for providing their staff with necessary safety gear (high visibility clothing, gloves, etc.) as well as shovels to move material from the truck into the potholes.
