Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Louise, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking full-scale rehabilitation measures. The Norquay Road 2025 project will involve various construction activities along the designated roadway from the Trans-Canada interchange (cattle gate) to the Norquay Ski Hill Leasehold, including side slope embankment shaping, asphalt removal, drainage infrastructure upgrades, and welded wire basket Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) wall construction to enhance stability. Work will also include the installation of base course materials, asphalt paving, erosion control measures, replacement of CSP culverts, and safety enhancements such as guardrails and impact attenuators.
