Millport Road Paving and Realignment Question Deadline 03/04/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location : online portal. Estimated Contract Value: $450,000.00 A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid for each Contract. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work performed in this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials as required by the Contract Drawings for the Millport Road Paving and Realignment in Manheim Township. Work includes, but is not limited to: 3,900 LF of full width milling; placement of scratch and wearing course; 2' cartway widening; areas of base repair to be identified during construction after milling of road surface; 600 LF of cartway realignment; site excavation and placement of fill; 14 LF of concrete curb; and construction of an overland stormwater conveyance system (12" SLCPP, vegetated swale, Type D-W Endwalls, R-3 riprap).
