Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Erection of a 90 by 100 hangar building to include site grading, drainage modifications, foundation installation, electrical and mechanical installation and paving of the airside ramp. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. The Lancaster Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
