The WHA requests competitive sealed proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Consulting Services for a Redevelopment Master Plan at 12-1 Great Brook Valley Gardens. 2. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued in accordance with provisions under Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 30B as well as provisions outlined in the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Handbook 7460.8 REV 2 which conforms to 24 CFR Part 85. 3. This award must be approved by the Board of Commissioners. It is anticipated that this item will be on the agenda of 04/17/25 for their action. Anticipated start date for awardee is May 1, 2025. 4. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing 7 days prior to due date via email to: purchasing@worcesterha.org, The WHA shall issue a written response or Addendum, if required, for clarification. Please reference in the subject line: "RFP # 25-09 Consulting Services for a Redevelopment Master Plan at 12-1 Great Brook Valley Gardens" The WHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals and make awards deemed in the best interest of the WHA and the public. Award of a contract is subject to review and approval by the WHA Board of Commissioners
