The Project consists of light cleaning and television inspection of approximately 16,065 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main, 670 LF of 10" sanitary sewer main as well as cured-in-place lining of approximately 280 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main. Question Deadline 03/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location : online portal. Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of the Womelsdorf Sewer Authority, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the extended Bid Amount, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly secured. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this projects and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each Bidder is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. The Womelsdorf Sewer Authority, Owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the Authority, consistent with the laws affecting municipal contract awards.
