BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of the Womelsdorf Sewer Authority, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the extended Bid Amount, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly secured. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Womelsdorf Sewer Authority, Owner hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the Authority, consistent with the laws affecting municipal contract awards. The estimated value of this Contract is between $50,000 to $100,000.
