Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work under this contract includes widening Caplinger Rd SE, along the south side; to construct approximately 800 linear feet of new sidewalk, planter strip, ADA complaint curb ramps at Macleay Rd. and stormwater system improvements. The scope also includes a pedestrian crossing on Macleay Road with a pedestrian refuge island and street illumination upgrades near the new crossing. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: No pre-Bid Conference will be held. BID be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, marital status, familial status or domestic partnership, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or source of income as provided by Salem Revised Code Chapter 97, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other federal nondiscrimination laws.
