In general, the scope of this Contract shall be to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision to demolish the existing sports courts and fencing, grade the work site, reconstruct the existing sports courts, applying acrylic surfacing and paint products within the playing area; construct perimeter edging and fencing; build access paths, stormwater, irrigation system, landscaping, and other proposed improvements at Highland Park, located in North Salem, Oregon,HooverPark, located inEastSalem,Oregon, andMorningsidePark, located in South Salem,Oregon, asspecified herein and shown on the Contract Drawings. The Work to be completed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the Work in accordance with all applicable Specifications within the given Contract Time
