SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP), "A&E Interior/Exterior Refresh Bldg 842" at Maxwell AFB, Alabama 1. A site visit is scheduled for 5 Mar 25 @0930. All attendees will meet at Bldg 804, Rm 201 to sign in prior to start of site visit. 2. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated contract value is between $25,000 and $100,000. 3. The estimated Period of Performance shall not exceed 90 calendar days. 4. Please submit your Proposal no later than Friday, 21 March 2025 by 3:00 P.M., Central Standard Time. Requests for Information (RFI) are due no later than Friday, 7 March 2025 by 12:00 P.M., Central Standard Time. 5. The 42d Civil Engineering Squadron Project Manager is Mr. Frank Manning. 6. The firm shall be located within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell Air Force Base. The firm shall be actively listed in SAM.gov under the NAICS code 541310 - Architectural Services or 541330 - Engineering Services and PSC: C219 - Architect/Engineer Services.
