The City of Edina ("City") is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") with a Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP") from qualified firms for improvements at Edina Aquatic Center-Pump Room Project. The City will later issue a Request for Proposals ("RFP") to prequalified and shortlisted firms. The CMAR will work with our Aquatic Center Pump room project team which is comprised of City staff and stakeholders, Tegra Group as Owners Representatives, and HGA Architects. The selected Construction Manager will be responsible for providing preconstruction and construction services including cost and schedule estimating, bidding to subcontractors, and day to day construction management services for duration of Braemar Ice Arena improvements project.
