The Following Are Approximate Major Quantities: Clearing and Grubbing 3 Ea Remove Concrete and Bituminous Pavement 2,710 Sy Sawing Concrete & Bituminous Pavement (Full Depth) 2,230 Lf Common Excavation 460 Cy Bituminous Patching 250 Ton 4" and 6" Concrete Sidewalk 6,130 Sf Concrete Curb and Gutter B624 1,500 Lf Concrete Driveway Pavement 560 Sy Retaining Wall 640 Sf Loam Topsoil Borrow 210 Cy Sod (Salt Tolerant) 1,100 Sy Construct Drainage Structure 8 Ea Replace Hydrant 2 Ea The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Edina in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portion thereof.
