As many of the currently proposed projects begin construction, upgrades to the campus infrastructure will be needed in order to create a more sustainable, modern, and environmentally friendly campus that supports facilities. This project will provide various infrastructure upgrades throughout campus, including but not limited to, utilities, energy efficiency, technology, safety/security, storm water, and accessibility. Campus infrastructure upgrades have been prioritized into 4 phases, this project will begin the first phase of upgrades. As of February 10, 2026, this project is included in the state's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
