Description

Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

This RFP is to solicit proposals from experience engineering or construction firms for the pre-construction services for Oak Valley Phase I, and adjacent site improvements (utility services, hardscape, landscape) 2 within each respective building's tax lot. Oak Valley is located on the east side of Charlotte, less than 10 minutes from Uptown and surrounded by numerous amenities. The site is currently home to 42 residential units. Our redevelopment plan envisions transforming Oak Valley into a modern apartment community with approximately 535 units. Phase I will deliver around 325 units, followed by Phase II, which will add approximately 210 units.
