Forsyth Park Fountain Restoration & Conservation All bids are due electronically via the online . All questions regarding this event must be received by March 13, 2025, by 12:00 PM EST. Questions must be submitted in writing to Andrea Bossart (abossart@savannahga.gov). The answers to all questions received will be published in addenda issued by the Purchasing Department. Companies must acknowledge all addenda issued in conjunction with this event for their responses to be considered The City of Savannah reserves the right at any time to modify, waive, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this Invitation to Bid including, but not limited to, the deadlines for the submission, the submission requirements, and the Scope of Work. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withdraw the Invitation to bid at any time. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on the form included hereto and shall be secured by a surety company, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the bid. A contract performance and payment bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. The City of Savannah reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
