The Weslaco ISD School Board reserves the right to accept, reject any and/or all proposals, waive minor technicalities, or to award the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of, and provides the best value to, the District. SCOPE OF WORK: This an overview of the Weslaco Independent School District Stadium Synthetic Turf Replacement Project. The project involves replacing the existing artificial turf, which includes complete removal and disposal of the current turf. The E-layer will be inspected and repaired as needed. The project also includes several alternates, such as adding synthetic turf to the track and field events area south of the stadium. This area currently consists of natural grass. Note that this is a turnkey project. The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials
