The awarding of the proposal will take place at the Weslaco ISD public school board meeting. The Weslaco ISD School Board reserves the right to accept, reject any and/or all proposals, waive minor technicalities, or to award the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of, and provides the best value to, the District. Bid Opening notes: All proposal responses will be opened on the date and time specifically listed in this proposal. Proposal opening will be conducted virtually through the use of a Google Meeting. This virtual opening is available to the public at which time all proposals will be opened and read out loud. Our electronic bid system will not accept submittals after the published date and time
