Request For Proposals for Engineering Services Newton Road Community Development DistrictThe Newton Road Community Development District, located in Miami-Dade County, Floridaannounces that professional engineering services will be required on a continuing basis forplanning, preparing reports and plans, surveying designs and specifications and constructionadministration for Water Management Facilities, Water, Wastewater and Irrigation Facilities,Bridges or Culverts, Roadways, Landscaping, Conservation and Mitigation Areas and other publicimprovements and community facilities authorized by Chapter 190, Florida Statutes.The engineering firm selected will act in the general capacity of District Engineer and provide theabove engineering services as required. Any firm or individual desiring to provide professionalservices to the District must furnish a resume of its qualifications and past experience on StandardForm No. 330 (Standard Forms 254 and 255 will also be accepted) with pertinent supporting data.The District will review all applicants and will comply with the procedures as established by theConsultant's Competitive Negotiations Act, Chapter 287, Florida Statutes.
