Washington Avenue - Reconditioning Town Road Improvement Project (TRIP-S) Washington Avenue beginning at the intersection of Heritage Drive continuing north to 29th St (Approximately 5,280 feet) is a LRIP Supplemental Town Road Improvement Project. Milling asphalt depth, approximately 1.5" (13,150 SY), grade, shape so base is crowned to a 2 percent from center line, compact, pave 2,000 tons of type 4MT 58-28S, 2.5 inches thick placed in 1-2.5" lift 11 feet wide per lane, place 475 tons of compacted 1/4 " crushed aggregate for shoulder 4 foot wide by 2.5 inches deep with a shoulder machine and compacted with a smooth drum or pneumatic roller. Approaches to Mill Creek Bridge will be milled full width and paved back to match existing pavement width. Asphalt driveways will have a milled butt joint approximately 8 feet from edge of pavement. All work to be completed by August 29, 2025. All work and materials shall be in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Transportation standard specifications for Structure Highway and Construction, 2025 Edition. The Town of Cameron reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid they deem most advantageous to the town.
