Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 36,005-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
The project consists of the replacement of the Ecole Elementaire John G Diefenbaker School in Richmond with a new school. Once the new school is completed, the existing school will be demolished. Tender Package, TP-1, seeks contract bid submissions for the project early works site preparation including site preload and site densification stone columns. The trade contracts may be awarded separately or combined. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested regarding Diefenbaker Elementary School Replacement located at 4511 Hermitage Drive, Richmond, BC V7E 4T1. C-001 Site Preload C-002 Site Densification - Stone Columns All documents in regard to this Public Tender are available to download from the Construction Manager.
