The City of Richmond (the "City") is proposing to engage a Contractor to provide construction services to construct approximately 750 metres of multi-use path and related drainage and lighting improvements on Gilbert Road between approximately Azure Road South to Elmbridge Way (the "Project"), as described in the Contract Documents. The project has a base scope from Azure Road South to Westminster Highway (500m), and an optional component from Westminster Highway to Elmbridge Way (250m).
