Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Corporation requires Contractors to perform Alterations to existing Bacteriological Laboratory and associated areas within the existing Administration Building of the Iona Island Wastewater Treatment. The purpose of this event is to invite eligible contractors, to submit proposals to the Corporation to supply all qualified labour, materials, plant, freight, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for the complete Construction and demolition work for Laboratory upgrade at Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant.
