TIMELINE: Negotiated Request for Proposals is underway to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Prime Consultant and Architectural services as set out in this RFP and appendices. The Prime Consultant and Architectural Services will be carried out in phases contingent upon funding approval. It is expected to execute the contract for the first 2 phases (Pre-design and Schematic) and seek further funding approval. If funding is approved for subsequent phases, the scope and pricing for the next phases will be incorporated into the contract through an amending agreement. *Questions Deadline: April 30, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. PT. *Proponents must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain site specific information. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.
