Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Gilmer, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work consists of the following: 1. The City of Longview desires to complete the development of Lear Park Phase V to include the following improvements in accordance with the Lear Park Master Plan: parking areas, sidewalks, utilities, drainage, two baseball fields, two softball fields, one concessions/restroom building, one concessions building, lighting for two existing soccer fields, one awards pavilion, synthetic turf for two soccer fields, soft surface multi-use walking/jogging trail, and miscellaneous landscaping and irrigation The project will construct four baseball fields, one concession/ restroom, earthwork for soccer fields, asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalks, electrical and lighting improvements and related work and appurtenances. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of Gilmer City Park - Phase I
