Site work and paving for a civil project in Bristol, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Approximately 3,300 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch (IN) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water main, 2,200 LF of 12-IN PVC water main, and 480 LF of 16-IN water main installed via open cut. Work also includes approximately 200 LF of 12-IN PVC water main and 92 LF 16-IN PVC water main installed via horizontal directional drilling. Final restoration includes a pulverize and overlay, culvert replacements, and turf restoration. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
