Ausonio Inc. is requesting sealed bids on behalf of Alisal Union School District for the Modular Office Bid Package for the Sitework, New Office & Warehouse Bldgs. Project located at District Office, 155 Bardin Road, Salinas, CA 93905. The Modular Office Bid Package Scope of work includes both Preconstruction and Construction services including all labor, material, equipment, tools and services to design and construct a 3,600 SF modular office building (Building C) based on the basis of design documents and specifications, and preliminary plans and prepared by In Studio Architecture dated 12/10/2024. Precon-struction services include all necessary design, engineering, their own structural engineer of record, photometrics, Title 24, shop drawings of building and all related work necessary to obtain permit approval. Structural design to include both the structure and foundation. Construction services include all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, services and facilities necessary to construct; transport, deliver and set; and install modular building structure, stairs and ramps.
