**As of April 17, 2025 project was awarded to younggun construction, awarded amount is $286,000.38** Bridge Replacement 52-511-280 (Highway 14/16) Bid (per ton) for 3/4 inch crushed gravel meeting DOT specifications to be delivered to township right of way, crushed asphalt/concrete delivered to township right of way, (per ton), blading (per hour), snow removal (per hour), excavator (per hour) and mowing (per mile two sides, spring and fall). The successful bidder must provide proof of liability insurance. The township reserves the right to reject any or all bids. By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to materials, products, and supplies found or produced within the State of South Dakota. Each bidder will be required to certify, in writing, that it is not a Prohibited Entity as defined in SDCL 5-18A. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities therein, and reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as they so determine.
