All checks for deposit ofContract Documents and shipping may be made payable to AJH Design. A 10% bid bond is required. The project also requires a100% performance and payment bond from the selected contractor. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by theclose of business on Thursday, March 6, 2025. The owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in theinstructions to Bidders. The Owner, at his discretion, may waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does thisrepresent that he will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no substantial advantage orbenefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid before fortyfive (45) days after the actual date of theopening thereof, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
