The project involves the excavation of a roofed concrete barnyard/manure storage facility in Forks Township, Sullivan County, PA. The excavation work includes providing materials and installation for Erosion & Sediment Control measures, perimeter drain, underground outlets, site preparation, compact fill, and stone to reach subgrade elevations. Additional tasks include placing a stone base under concrete, installing surface water controls, outlet pipes, rock apron, connecting livestock pipeline, constructing access road and walkways, improving an existing stream crossing, final grading, and seeding all disturbed areas, along with all related items as outlined in the Project Bid Documents, Design Drawings, and Technical Specifications. Sealed bids must be submitted on provided forms, clearly marked, and by the specified deadline. The Conservation District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, or negotiate contract amounts.
