Site #1-build a 17,000 to 18,000 sq.ft facility for a new Public Safety Building with parking on a 3 acre site. Site #2-build a 8,000 to 9,000 sq.ft. new Satellite Fire Station with parking on a 3 acre site. The conceptual construction cost of the new public safety building project is $10,500,000 dollars including all costs and fees. The conceptual construction costs of the new satellite fire station project is $4,500,000 dollars including all costs and fees.
