A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference for General Contractors Will Be Held at the Conference Room of the Procurement Services Annex at the Above Address at 10:00 Am Local Time Thursday, November 20, 2025 and Continue on to the Job Site. For Questions Regarding This Project, Please Contact Ua Project Manager Jeremy Wood at 205.348.0844 Prequalification Submissions Must Be Received by 5:00 Pm Local Time Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The Project consists of the construction of a brick-clad building with metal stud backup, preengineered metal building frame and associated secondary framing, including sitework, installation of site utilities, new structural, mechanial, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, fire alarm, fencing, pavements, landscaping, and envelope systems. Installation of fitness equipment will be included in the General Contractor's scope of work. Additionally, alternates will be priced for constructing a rappel tower, installation of an exterior turf training area, and upgraded fencing.
