Demolition and site work for a residential development in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The City of Ashland is currently accepting written bids for the removal of all structures at the following property: 2143 Thomas Street, Ashland, KY 41101 The local office of the EPA must be notified prior to the demolition. Demolitions must be completed within 60 days from the date of Notice to Proceed. If you have any questions regarding this bid, please contact me at 606-385-3317. If any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who contemplates submitting a Bid for this Project is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, he may submit to the Project Coordinator, a written request for a clarification thereof, and the person, firm, partnership, or corporation submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Clarification of these Contract Documents will not be made except through written communication duly issued by the Project Coordinator to the person, firm partnership, or corporation submitting the request, provided that a sufficient period of time is available for the issuance of such a communication prior to the receipt of Bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
