The Project includes the following Work: The scope of WORK generally consists of furnishing and installing one above ground welded steel or factory coated glass lined bolted steel potable water storage reservoir, approximately 500,000 gallons that is 48 feet in diameter and 37 feet to overflow, complete with inlet/outlet, drain, overflow and structures, underdrain piping, reinforced concrete ring wall foundation, valves, site access road, Electrical, site work, cathodic protection system, and other appurtenant items as required by the Project Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The Buffalo Gap Tank is located in Golden Valley County approximately 4.9 miles east of Sentinel Butte, ND. The Project has a Substantial Completion date of June 15, 2026. An optional Bid Alternate is included for a Milestone Completion date of December 1, 2025. This Milestone Completion is defined by the Contract Documents as achievement of the intended use of the facility. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a copy of a current and valid North Dakota Contractor's License issued at least ten (10) days prior to Bid opening, and a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety, conditioned that if the Principal's Bid is accepted and the Contract awarded to Principal, the Principal, within ten (10) days after notice of award, shall execute a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and regulations and determinations of the North Dakota State Water Commission.
