Bismarck Expressway Bismarck Nd 58501 US The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform the following tasks: Inspection and Assessment: Conduct a thorough inspection of all Hardie Plank siding at the Sentinel Butte communication site to identify all areas requiring repair or replacement. Document the extent and nature of damage (e.g., cracks, holes, rot, deterioration, missing sections). Surface Preparation: Prepare all areas to be repaired by cleaning off dirt, debris, loose paint, and any other foreign matter. Remove any damaged or deteriorated siding sections back to sound material. Ensure all surfaces are dry and free of contaminants prior to repair. Siding Repair/Replacement: Repair or replace damaged Hardie Plank siding using new materials of equivalent type, thickness, color, and profile to the existing siding. All new siding shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices, including proper fastening, flashing, and sealing to prevent water intrusion. Address any underlying structural or moisture issues contributing to the siding damage, if identified during the inspection. Cleanup: Remove all debris, waste materials, and equipment from the job site upon completion of work. Dispose of all waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner and in accordance with all applicable local , state, and federal regulations.
